Завтра Зеленский посетит Лондон

В Лондоне ожидается согласование ряда соглашений между Украиной и Великобританией, рассказал Кулеба.

В ходе визита президента Украины Владимира Зеленского в Великобританию планируется подписание соглашения о политическом сотрудничестве, свободной торговле и стратегическом партнерстве. Об этом в интервью BBC News Украина сообщил глава МИД Дмитрий Кулеба.

«Документ очень большой, комплексный, по сути это новая рамка наших взаимоотношений. Во-вторых, будем очень серьезно говорить о сотрудничестве в секторе безопасности. По сути это новое соглашение базируется на положениях Соглашения об ассоциации, мы тоже не можем отходить слишком далеко от этих параметров, но безусловно будут созданы новые возможности для торговли”, — сказал министр.

Он напомнил, что после выхода Британии из ЕС отношения с Украиной могут измениться.

“Выйдя из ЕС, Великобритания получит больший простор для маневра, она может быть жестче в некоторых вопросах. Нам это выгодно. Планируем развивать сотрудничество и в секторе безопасности и обороны”, — добавляет Кулеба.

Напомним, Зеленский посетит Лондон 7-8 октября после участия в саммите Украина-ЕС, который проходит в Брюсселе.
