Бывшая соперница Александра Лукашенко на выборах президента Светлана Тихановская объявила властям Беларуси «народный ультиматум».
В Беларуси продолжаются протесты против Александра Лукашенко. И они могут перейти на новый уровень. Светлана Тихановская из-за границы угрожает Батьке всеобщей забастовкой.

Тихановская дала Лукашенко 13 дней – до 25 октября, чтобы выполнить всего три требования:
“Если до 25 октября наши требования не будут выполнены, вся страна мирно выйдет на улицы с Народным Ультиматумом. И 26 октября начнётся национальная забастовка всех предприятий, блокировка всех дорог, обвал продаж в государственных магазинах. У вас есть 13 дней, чтобы выполнить три условия. У нас есть 13 дней, чтобы подготовиться, и всё это время белорусы будут продолжать свой мирный и настойчивый протест”, — заявила Тихановская.
В чем смысл
Белорусский политолог Дмитрий Болкунец считает, что в интересах Лукашенко выполнить, по крайней мере, некоторые требования оппозиции.
“Я думаю, что это ультиматум даже не Тихановской, а белорусского народа, который каждый день выходит на протесты в разной форме. 12 октября был большой марш пенсионеров, которых разогнали шумовыми гранатами, людей, которые для власти никакой угрозы не представляют. Но даже против них использовали спецсредства. Тихановская, конечно, наблюдая этот процесс, выдвинула ультиматум. Лукашенко ездил в СИЗО, в КГБ, отпустили только двух человек, которые пошли на сделку с Комитетом госбезопасности. Остальные, видимо, отказались сотрудничать и работать по указке Лукашенко, и они продолжают находиться в тюрьме. Требование Тихановской о том, чтобы отпустить заключенных, давно все выдвигают, в том числе Запад”, — считает Болкунец.
По его мнению, вероятно, после встречи с европейскими политиками и дипломатами Тихановская нашла некоторое понимание того, каким образом можно влиять на политические процессы в Беларуси.
“Денег у Александра Лукашенко нет. Не зря он поехал 10 октября встречаться с оппозицией, пытаясь договориться о неких формах сотрудничества. Бюджет в стране закончился, нет возможности кредитоваться ни на Западе, ни в Китае, и Российская Федерация только сейчас дает возможность покрыть долг за газ. То есть деньги, которые Лукашенко получил от Кремля на свою поддержку после выборов, остаются в России. Больше возможностей привлечь внешние ресурсы нет. До конца года у Беларуси есть обязательства перед внешними кредиторами, их надо чем-то гасить”, — объясняет Болкунец уязвимость белорусского режима перед забастовками именно сейчас.
Вместе с тем эксперты уверены, что Лукашенко на уступки все равно не пойдет.
“Власти, очевидно, не видят сложности своего положения. Явно недооценивают. Эта ситуация не изменилась, начиная с нового года. Они каждый раз сильно недооценивают те проблемы, с которыми им приходится сталкиваться. Поэтому вряд ли этот ультиматум может быть услышан именно в таком ключе”, — отметила белорусский политолог Валерия Костюгова.
